May 1959 Part of the sales division of NHK SPRING CO., LTD. was spun off and merged with the existing agency to form NHK SALES CO., LTD. having a capital of 100 Million yen. In addition to the Tokyo Head Office, the following branch offices were established: Sapporo Branch Office (currently known as Hokkaido Branch Office), Sendai Branch Office (currently known asTohoku Branch Office,The First Sales Dept.Sendai Sales Office), Tokyo Branch Office(currently known as Kanto Branch Office Tokyo Sales Office, The First Sales Dept.),Matsumoto Branch Office(currently known as Tokai Branch Office Matsumoto Sales Office,The Fourth Sales Dept. Matsumoto Sales Office) and Niigata Sales Office (currently known as Hokuetsu Branch Office).
August 1959 Shizuoka Sales Office (currently known as Tokai Branch Office Shizuoka Sales Office,The Second Sales Dept. Shizuoka Sales Office) was established.
January 1960 Hiroshima Branch Office (currently known as Kansai Branch Office Hiroshima Sales Office,The Fifth Sales Dept.Hiroshima Sales Office) and Takamatsu Sales Office（currently known as Kansai Branch Office Takamatsu Sales Office)were established.
May 1960 Toyama Branch Office (currently known as Hokuetsu Branch Office Toyama Sales Office,The Fourth Sales Dept.) was established.
June 1961 Head Office was moved to 25 Shiba Nishikubo Sakuragawa-machi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
November 1962 Fukuoka Branch Office (currently known as Kyushu Branch Office,The Fifth Sales Dept. Fukuoka Sales Office) was established.
January 1963 NHK SALES capital was increased up to ¥150 million.
August 1967 Atsugi Sales Office (currently known asKanto Branch Office Yokohama Sales Office) was established.
December 1967 NHK SALES capital was increased up to ¥225 million.
November 1971 The automobile boot band (product name: One-touch Band) developed jointly by 3 companies (NTN CORPORATION, Mihama, Inc. and NHK SALES) was released into the market.
March 1972 Nagoya Branch Office (currently known as Tokai Branch Office,The Third Sales Dept.) was established.
June 1972 Kobe Sales Office under Osaka Branch Office (currently known as Kansai Branch Office) was established.
November 1972 Kurihashi Distribution Center was established.
December 1972 Kitakanto Branch Office(currently known as The First Sales Dept. Ota Sales Office)was established.
February 1973 NHK SALES capital was increased up to ¥315 million.
April 1974 NHK SALES OVERSEAS INC. was established in Seattle, Washington, USA.
June 1974 NHK SALES capital was increased up to ¥441 million.
June 1976 NHK SALES capital was increased up to ¥529.2.
December 1978 NHK SALES OVERSEAS INC. and NHK INTERNATIONAL INC., a US company of NHK SPRING CO., LTD. merged together.
May 1983 Head Office moved to 3-13-16 Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
June 1985 NHK SALES capital was increased up to ¥793.8 million.
October 1985 TOYO SEIKO CO., LTD. Manufacturing auto tire chains became an NHK SALES subsidiary.
July 1989 The Head Office building was built at 2-13-1 Edagawa, Koto-ku, Tokyo
July 1990 Nagano Distribution Center was established in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture.
December 1990 TOYO FUJI SEISAKUSHO CO., LTD. manufacturing auto tire chains became an NHK SALES subsidiary.
March 1991 NHK SALES merged with TOYO SEIKO CO., LTD. Due to this merger, NHK SALES capital was increased to ¥1,768.64 million.
June 1992 Kurihashi Distribution Center closed and was integrated into Nagano Distribution Center.
October 1992 NHK INFOTEC SINGAPORE PTE LTD. was established in Singapore.
January 1993 NHK INTEX CORPORATION (Illinois, USA) became NHK Sales 100% owned subsidiary.
April 1994 NHK SALES's major part dealer customers for auto parts and supplies were organized and Nippan Association was established.
December 1995 NHK SALES took a stake in Takanami Precision LTd.
July 1996 Distribution Center moved to Kurihasi Town, Saitama Prefecture from Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture
October 1996 The company name, Nippan, was established.
January 1997 Saitama Sales Office(currently known as Kanto Branch Office)was established.
September 1997 NHK Sales shares are started to be bought and sold to the public through the Japan Securities Dealers Association. The capital was increased up to ¥2,040.34 million.
February 1998 THAI NIPPAN CO., LTD. was established in Thailand.
June 1999 14 branch offices were decreased down to 11 for efficient operation.
July 1999 NT PRECISION CO., LTD. became an NHK SALES subsidiary.
July 2001 IT Sales Headquarters was established.
December 2001 Subsidiary NT PRECISION CO., LTD. was dissolved.
January 2002 NIPPAN BUSINESS SUPPORT CO., LTD. was established to provide customers with a factoring services.
September 2002 Yamagata Sales Office(currently known as Tohoku Branch OfficeYamagata Sales Office) was established.
April 2003 The responsibility of the International Department was transferred to the headquarters and branches.
April 2004 NHK SALES listed its shares on the Second Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
July 2004 The Purchasing Department was divided and responsibilities were transferred to the Auto Parts Sales Division and the Precision Parts Sales Division respectively.
The Commodity Management Department was placed under the control of the Administration Division.
September 2004 Nagoya and Gifu Sales Office were closed and merged into Tokai Branch Office.
March 2006 Kawasaki and Atsugi Sales Office were closed and merged into Yokohama Branch Officee(currently known as Kanto Branch Office Yokohama Sales Office) .
December 2006 Osaka and Kobe Sales Office were closed and merged into Kansai Branch Office.
June 2007 All the branches and the offices were established under the responsibility of Auto Parts Business Division and Precision Parts Business Division.
Merchandise Division was established.
October 2008

The First Precision Parts Business Division Sales Department has integrated with the Ota Sales Office and is now located at the Ota office in Gunma Prefecture, Japan.

NIPPAN(Huizhou)CO.,LTD.was established in China.
